Return/Exchange

* Online orders are ALL SALES FINAL.

* Purchases that are made in person (craft fairs, events etc.) will be allowed to exchange or return during the duration of event only.

Shipping

* You will receive a confirmation email after placing order.

* Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 7-10 business days to receive.

* Please allow more time when shipping internationally.

* If you have not received your item(s) within 3 weeks please contact us via [email protected].

* All order will be shipped through USPS. You will receive a tracking number per order.

* If you need your order expedited, please contact us via email to help accommodate your request.

* We are not responsible for any delays due to USPS. Please contact them directly if you have any questions or concerns.
